This six-part workshop series on sustainable renovation will cover the steps needed to renovate an existing building, particularly one with historic significance, in an energy efficient, sustainable and durable manner.

Focus: Green & Main Pilot Project Overview, Lessons Learned & Project Research

Topics: Cost Comparisons, project research, project overview, lessons learned and much more.

Interested in what the future holds for the pilot project Green & Main? Project manager, Chaden Halfhill, will divulge details on the research processes and renovation approaches of Green & Main. Hear Specific remodeling methods and understand the importance of incorporating both energy and cost efficiency. This class will review the overall project goals, explain what is being done to achieve them and explore how we will be sharing the information nationwide.
