The presentation will:
“Learn about the design process and decisions made to achieve stout goals for this case study. While striving for LEED Platinum Certification, the various best practices are integrated to the building’s efficiency retrofit and remain at the core of the project’s success as a case study. Chaden will highlight decisions made, their intended application and any potential challenges. Financial hurdles, incentives, lack of public/market familiarity with high performance practices, and other challenges will be discussed as well. This project provides a comprehensive overview of integrating high-performance best practices, while offering a glimpse at strategic business strategies that might help others accomplish similar applications in their markets, leading the way towards energy independence.”
