Involvement with Green & Main

In April 2008, Seneca completed an asbestos survey during which all suspect building materials were sampled for the possible presence of asbestos. In August 2008, Seneca completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in order to establish whether any potential environmental liabilities were associated with the subject property at 800 19th Street in Des Moines or whether the site was at risk for contamination from off-site properties in the vicinity of the subject property.
